Shipley shipped out

The Ottawa 67’s today confirmed that defenceman Ryan Shipley was traded to the Niagara IceDogs for a conditional 15th round pick in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection Draft.  The pick could become a 5th-rounder in 2015 if Shipley cracks the IceDogs lineup and plays in at last 30 games next season.

Ryan Shipley was not part of the 67’s active roster this season.  After training camp, he returned home to the London area to await a trade.  18-year old Ryan will join his older brother Steven Shipley (C) in Niagara.
