Dear Ottawa 67's Ticket Package Holder,
Hoping this sunny weather has lifted everyone's spirits as we head into what we hope to be an extended playoff run! Just a quick note to touch base on a few items.
1) "R1G3"tickets / Game at Scotiabank Place
(Home Game 3, Series Game 5)
As most of you are now aware we will likely play one of our Round 1 home games at Scotiabank Place, should the series require more than 4 games to be decided. As such, we are preparing replacement tickets for all of you who have purchased R1G3 and will have them available at the following times/locations:
- Sunday, March 21st (in front of wheelchair ramp at Gate 4) during game time.
- Our offices through the week (starting March 22nd) during regular business hours Monday-Friday.
- Special extended hours on Wednesday, March 24th until 8PM.
- Saturday we are open from 10-2.
- "Will Call" table set up at Scotiabank Place specifically for our season ticket holders to collect their seats.
** Please note that your current tickets WILL NOT be accepted at Scotiabank Place on the 28th**
2) Hockey Card Sets
This weekend we will be handing out complimentary hockey card sets to all fans 12 & under. We do however understand that many of our season ticket holders over the age of 12 might also like to have a set of these cards as a momento of the season. We have put aside an inventory specifically for this purpose with our sales team located in front of Gate 3. Simply show your season ticket identification and let them know you would like your card set.
3) Reminder of the 48 hour policy for playoff tickets.
This season, as in past years, we hold all season ticket holder's seats up until 48 hours before the start of the round. Not 48 hours before each game as has been mistaken in previous seasons. If you have any questions please contact Erin Roberts, our Ticket Coordinator.
4) Introduction of Erin Roberts
After a little shuffling within our organization, we finally have a new permanent contact for our season ticket holders. I would like to "e-introduce" all of you to our new Ticket Co-ordinator - Erin Roberts - of course for those that haven't already met her in person, you can stop always stop by our box office or Gate 4 anytime.
