Higgins spent his first 17 seasons with the club as a scout before being granted the role of Assistant General Manager ahead of the 2012/2013 season. Ahead of the 2014/2015 season, Higgins stepped back from his role of General Manager to occupy the position of Head Scout and Director of Player Personnel – the role he currently still holds to this day.
Pat Higgins is entering his 23rd season with the Ottawa 67’s
