67’s Acquire Prince

The Ottawa 67’s will be adding some speed to their roster this weekend, acquiring forward Shane Prince from the Kitchener Rangers for a 3rd round draft pick. The 5’10€, 181 pound left wing will make his debut tomorrow night when the 67’s play the Belleville Bulls at the Urbandale Centre.

€œI have watched Shane play several times in the past few weeks, and was impressed with his speed and overall play.€ said General Manager, Brian Kilrea. €œHe will be a tremendous assest to our team.”

The 17- year old, Spencerport, N.Y. native is in his 2nd OHL season. He played one full season with the Kitchener Rangers. In 102 OHL games, Prince has recorded 11 goals, 18 assists and 66 penalty minutes.
