67’s Noel Hoefenmayer named the OHL’s Defenceman of the Month of October
67’s defenceman Noel Hoefenmayer has been named the Ontario Hockey League’s defenceman of the month, the league announced Thursday.
In 9 games over the course of the month of October, Hoefenmayer was able to put up a total of 5 goals and 11 assists for a total of 16 points, while maintaining a +/- of +12. Hoefenmayer put up a very impressive performance against Hamilton on October 20th, when he picked up a hat-trick, including the overtime game-winner. The North York native is currently on a seven game point streak, in which he has totaled for 15 points (5G, 10A).
Hoefenmayer and his teammates will be on the road this week-end, playing three games in three days. They will kick off their road trip in Niagara on Friday, before heading to Erie on Saturday and finally rounding out their trip in Hamilton on Sunday afternoon.

Hoefenmayer a connu tout un match le 20 octobre dernier contre Hamilton, alors qu’il a inscrit un tour du chapeau, dont le but de la victoire en prolongation. Le natif de North York est présentement sur une séquence de sept matchs consécutifs avec un point, dans laquelle il a récolté un total de 15 points (5B, 10P).
Hoefenmayer et ses coéquipiers seront sur la route ce week-end, alors qu’ils joueront trois matchs en trois jours. Ils débuteront leur voyage à Niagara vendredi soir, avant de se rendre à Erie samedi et de finalement terminer leur bout de chemin à Hamilton dimanche après-midi.
