The Ottawa 67’s continued to build towards the future on Saturday evening as the club traded forward Drake Rymsha to the Sarnia Sting in exchange for four draft picks.

“We thank Drake for his contributions to the 67’s and wish him the best as he moves forward with his hockey career,” said Jeff Brown, the 67’s General Manager and Head Coach.

In return for the 18-year-old Michigan native, the 67’s will receive four draft picks over the next several years, including two second-round choices.

The picks include:

– 4th round pick in 2017
– 2nd round pick in 2018
– 3rd round pick in 2019
– 2nd round pick in 2020

After a 6-2 win on Saturday afternoon against Kingston, the 67’s are back in action at home on Sunday as they host the North Bay Battalion at 2 p.m. at the Arena at TD Place.
