Barber Poles host Generals for Game 1 in Gatineau

The Slush Puppie Centre is a temporary home away from home for the Ottawa 67’s as they open Round 1 of the OHL Playoffs.
Ottawa hosts the Oshawa Generals in Game 1, Thursday night, as the two divisional rivals kick off what’s sure to be a hard-fought first-round series. Puck drop is set for 7:00pm, and fans can watch live on Rogers TV, stream on CHL TV, or hear Kenny Walls call the action on 580 CFRA.
Winners of the Hamilton Spectator Trophy, the 67’s faced the Generals eight times throughout the regular season, posting a record of 7-0-1-0. Logan Morrison, Luca Pinelli, and Cameron Tolnai led the way with four goals apiece vs Oshawa, over the season, with Max Donoso, and Collin MacKenzie winning five, and two starts, respectively, against the Generals.
The season series was highlight by an incredible Ottawa win, inside The Arena at TD Place on December 16, 2022. Down 4-1 with 1:22 to play, the 67’s erased the three-goal deficit in stunning fashion, going on to win the game 5-4 in a shootout.
