Barber Poles Host the Wolves in Sunday Action

After they saw their burgeoning win streak snapped against the Oshawa Generals, Friday, the Ottawa 67’s will look to get back in the win column with another home contest. This time, the Sudbury Wolves are in the capital for a Sunday matinee. Barber Poles fans can catch this 2:00pm EDT puck drop on Rogers TV, or with a CHL TV subscription. Kenny Walls will have the call on TSN Radio 1200.

Despite a torrid start, the 67’s were last handed a 4-1 defeat by the Generals. Brenden Sirizzotti got the team on the board with a powerplay goal, and netminder Will Cranley stood on his head, turning forth a performance that included a Save of the Year candidate in the second period.

The Wolves, meanwhile, are 2-3 on the season. They most recently fell on the road to the Kingston Frontenacs, Friday, by a final score of 5-4. Sudbury received run support with two goals from Ethan Larmand, with Kocha Delic, and Alex Assadourian also chipping in.
