HEO Volunteer of the Week | Sharon Grenier-Wood

Every week the Ottawa 67’s and HEO recognize one of the many unsung hockey heroes integral to our local community with the HEO Volunteer of the Week. This week’s honouree is Sharon Grenier-Wood of the Kanata Minor Hockey Association.

Sharon Grenier-Wood has been the novice convenor for the past two seasons with Kanata Minor Hockey Association. She works tirelessly from September to April handling everything from player sort outs to finishing the season.

Sharon is known for her professionalism and class. She has nothing but the best in mind for the young players in minor hockey. She is the novice convenor again this season, even though her son is no longer playing for the Kanata Minor Hockey Association this year.

The Ottawa 67’s and Kanata Minor Hockey recognizes Sharon’s “get the job done, and done well” attitude and applaud her for her commitment to the association.
