HEO Volunteer of the Week | Sophie Lalonde

Every week the Ottawa 67’s and HEO recognize one of the many unsung hockey heroes integral to our local community with the HEO Volunteer of the Week. This week’s honouree is Sophie Lalonde of the Clarence-Rockland Girls Hockey Association.

Sophie Lalonde has been the Association Registrar for the past three seasons with the Clarence-Rockland Girls Hockey Association.

Sophie has twin daughters in the Atom level of the CRGHA and has been volunteering in varying capacities since 2014 starting out as an on Ice Helper for Novice level as well as Team Treasurer, room mom, and this year an Association Registrar. Sophie enjoys and is committed to creating the best environment possible where kids can further develop their skills while still having fun.
