Monday, March 16th – Leg Day
You guys can do 5 sets of the anterior chain and 5 sets of the posterior chain.
Then 10x25sec Sprints
Walk back each one for rest.
Tuesday, March 17th – Upper Body
Here is a staple upper body workout we use with the Ottawa 67’s – enjoy!
Make sure you do your upper body warm up!
