At Home Workouts with 67’s Coach Sean Young

It’s important to stick to your routine, stay positive, and healthy! 67’s Strength and Conditioning Coach Sean Young is here to give you a few workout ideas that the players are doing while they’re at home.

Monday, March 16th –  Leg Day

You guys can do 5 sets of the anterior chain and 5 sets of the posterior chain.

10min Warmup
Then 10x25sec Sprints
Walk back each one for rest.
10min Cooldown



Tuesday, March 17th – Upper Body

Here is a staple upper body workout we use with the Ottawa 67’s – enjoy!

Make sure you do your upper body warm up!
